Glitz, Glamour and Confessionals
My client, Ernst & Young, wanted to create a 2 day retreat in Atlantic City, allowing 400 VIP partners to let loose and gamble to give back to the Hurricane Sandy relief program. My vision was to turn work into play as a whimsical, glamorous affair.
I created an interior in the style of Art Deco Luxe, complete with 20 gambling tables, black lacquer Swarovski studded bars, in white and black beach cabanas. Also included, crystal studded love seats, black and white patent confessional chairs and mirrored high tops. The piece de resistance: 8 ft tall white ostrich palm trees for overall dramatic effect.
